    The Kromhouthal is easily accessible by public transport, car or boat. There’s ample free parking right in front of the door and in the vicinity. In addition, the Kromhouthal has a jetty for boats at about five minutes sailing from Amsterdam Central Station.

By car

Use the following address for navigation: Gedempt Hamerkanaal 96, Amsterdam.

Via IJtunnel

Via IJtunnel: take the first exit after leaving the IJtunnel and get in the left-hand lane at the traffic lights. Take the second exit at the roundabout to go to the Johan van Hasseltweg. Take the second exit on the right to go to the Gedempt Hamerkanaal. Follow this road to the end. The Kromhouthal can be found at the left side.

Via ring A10

Take exit s116. Then take the first exit Noord 300-349. Go left at the traffic lights. Take the second exit at the roundabout to go to the Johan van Hasseltweg. Take the second exit on the right to go to the Gedempt Hamerkanaal. Follow this road to the end. The Kromhouthal can be found at the left side.

From Schiphol Airport

From Schiphol Airport, take the A4 to Utrecht/Haarlem/Amsterdam. Follow this road to the A10. At the A10, take exit s116 to the centre. After 600m, turn left to the Nieuwe Leeuwarderweg/N247. Take the exit Noord 300-349. Follow the road and after 300m, turn left to the Johan van Hasseltweg/ss18. Turn right after 650m to the Gedempt Hamerkanaal. The Kromhouthal can be found on the left side.

Parking

The Kromhouthal has 80 private parking spots right in front of the door. In addition, there’s ample public parking in the vicinity. Parking is free in the whole area.

If more parking spots are required, there’s a large parking lot with 600 spots available for rent at just a 100m walk from the Kromhouthal.

Public Transport

By bus

Two bus routes depart from Amsterdam Central Station towards the Kromhouthal: 32 and 33. Line 32 and 33: exit the bus at the Johan van Hasseltweg and take the second exit on your right and go straight ahead at the roundabout to the Gedempt Hamerkanaal. The Kromhouthal can be found at the end of this road.

By boat

You can charter a ferry from Amsterdam Central Station for a direct connection to the Kromhouthal by water.

There are free ferries to North Amsterdam departing from Central station. Take the most eastern ferry to IJplein to get as close to the Kromhouthal as possible. The ferry goes four times per hour and eight times during rush hour. After departing the ferry, follow the bike path to the right and turn right after supermarket Dirk van den Broek.
