Mercedes A-Klasse experience<\/strong>
\nDat de samenwerking goed loopt, is natuurlijk wel handig bij een event van deze omvang. In acht dagen, waarin 24 uur per dag werd doorgewerkt, zag het team van De Kromhouthal de robuuste industri\u00eble hal veranderen in een volledige Mercedes-Benz A-Klasse \u2018Experience\u2019.<\/p>\n

De bezoekers van het event werden ontvangen in de A\u2019DAM Toren, iets verderop aan het IJ. Vanuit de luxe omgeving van die toren vertrokken ze in een boot, om aan te leggen aan de achterkant van De Kromhouthal. \u201cDat gaf een heel mooi contrast\u201d, vertelt Vincent de Ridder. \u201cDe Kromhouthal is van de buitenkant natuurlijk toch een oude fabriek op een industrieterrein. Stel je voor dat je daar uitstapt voor de presentatie van \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest luxe nieuwe automodellen ter wereld!\u201d<\/p>\n

Binnen was imposante hal van de voormalige scheepsmotorenfabriek onherkenbaar. In de hal waren verschillende showrooms opgebouwd, waarin telkens \u00e9\u00e9n innovatie of feature van de nieuwe A-Klasse werd uitgelicht. Zo stond in de ene showroom een expert die alles kon vertellen over de nieuwste technologie en in de volgende ruimte leerde je dan weer alles over de motor. Na de laatste showroom kwam iedereen terecht in de plenaire ruimte \u2013 die helemaal was ingericht met tulpenvelden, ronddraaiende podia en garages waaruit de auto\u2019s bij de onthulling kwamen opgereden.<\/p>\n

Spectaculair en toch intiem<\/strong>
\nVincent de Ridder: \u201cIk ben nog altijd erg onder de indruk van de kwaliteit die hier werd geleverd. Het event duurde uiteindelijk zes uur, maar dat was niet te zien aan het afwerkingsniveau. Alles was state-of-the-art. Het was natuurlijk een geweldige show, heel spectaculair, maar het knappe vond ik daarnaast dat ze het ook heel intiem en informeel hebben weten te maken. De bezoekers zaten bovenop de presentatie.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ook Norbert Gaffron van Oliver Schrott Kommunikation kijkt terug op een zeer geslaagde productlancering. \u201cAls we terugkijken naar de media resultaten kunnen we veilig zeggen dat de lancering een succes was. Het concept voor deze nieuwe en waanzinnige auto \u2013 inclusief de communicatie, de presentaties, locatie, het ontwerp, de logistiek, organisatie en alle mensen die erbij betrokken waren \u2013 het is allemaal vlekkeloos verlopen.\u201d<\/p>\n
